Product Details Compression Level: 20-30mmHg Performance Support: Reduces muscle vibrations, conserving energy and minimizing soreness, while also helping to alleviate shin splints and calf cramping during exercise Joint & Muscle Stabilization: Enhances proprioception (your body's awareness of movement and position) to improve movement accuracy and reduce the risk of injury Secure, Stay-Put Fit: Prevents slippage while protecting against hot spots and blisters Improved Circulation: Medical-grade compression boosts blood flow, reduces swelling, and enhances the delivery of oxygen and vital nutrients to the calf muscles for optimal performance and recovery Ultra-Light Material: Enhances breathability and reduces weight for a barely-there feel during warm-weather runs Ventilation Zones: Strategically placed to enhance breathability and cooling throughout the calf Moisture-Wicking Fabric: Draws sweat away from the body for faster evaporation Product Care Machine wash 40°C Do not bleach Tumble dry (normal, low heat) Do not iron Do not dry clean The compression profile can be negatively affected by dirt and body oils. Washing them after every wear is highly recommended. Use a garment bag to reduce ‘lint balls’ collecting on the bottom of socks. The more often you wear compression gear, the quicker it wears out. CEP compression products will stay consistent for about a year if you wear your socks or sleeves every other day. If you put a lot of miles in and wear them every day, you can expect about 6 months before they’ll need to be replaced — just like a running shoe. Don't roll the top band down to accommodate length Putting them on properly will prevent ‘overstretch’ Product Sizing Fit: Extends from above the ankle to just below the kneecap Size Calf Circumference (in) Calf Circumference (cm) II 9.5 - 12 24.1 - 30.5 III 12.5 - 15 31.8 - 38.1 IV 15.5 - 17.5 39.4 - 44.5 V 18 - 20
